Gernandt & Danielsson has assisted in the establishment of a joint venture for mobile payments; 4T Sverige, between Sweden's four largest mobile operators, Telia, Tele2, Telenor and 3. Next summer, all Swedish mobile customers will be able to use the joint venture company’s payment services.
G&D's team consisted primarily of partners Niclas Rockborn (regulatory matters) and Mikael Borg (corporate matters) as well as Pontus Scherp, Corinne Ekman, Olle Asplund and Erik Sandgren.
