G&D has advised Atrium Ljungberg in connection with the sale of two properties in the centre of Stockholm.
Atrium Ljungberg sold the properties Vallonen 1 located at Kungsgatan and Vindruvan 14 located at Scheelegatan in Stockholm. The deal value amounted to approximately SEK 239,000,000. Closing is planned to take place in February 2008.
