G&D advises ByggPartner in the acquisition of BOL Entreprenad AB
ByggPartner i Dalarna AB, partly owned by Priveq Investment, has entered into an agreement regarding the acquisition of the Stockholm-based construction company BOL Entreprenad AB. In connection with the acquisition ByggPartner will increase its turnover to SEK one billion and its workforce to around 340 employees in Dalarna, Mälardalen and Stockholm. The transaction is expected to close during November.
