Partner Manfred Löfvenhaft and associate Mikael Borg, assisted by associate Nils Unckel, advised Carillion Plc in connection with the divestment of Carillion Rail Sverige AB to Balfour Beatty Plc in a restructuring of a Swedish rail business. The turn-over for the divested company for the financial year 2006 was approx. SEK 390 million and the combined group will have approximately 380 employees.
