Gernand & Danielsson has advised Einar Mattsson Fastighets AB in connection with its divestment of 207 rental apartments in Huddinge to HSB Södertörn. One of the properties is centrally situated in the middle of Huddinge Centrum, the other property is located in Visättra, adjacent to the future regional centre Flemingsberg. The deal value amounted to SEK 130 million.
