Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Priveq Investment when acquiring the majority of El-Björn Holding AB.
Priveq Investment has acquired the majority of El-Björn Holding AB. El-Björn is a company operating within the construction and electrical area. Under the name “El-Björn” it develops, manufactures and markets complete solutions for power, lighting and climate in temporary installations.
Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Priveq in the acquisition process through a team led by partner Bob Johanson assisted by associates Nina Sandberg, Sara Edström, Jessica Levin and Louise Ahlén. Counsel Rolf Larsson handled the notifications to the competition authorities.
