G&D advises on spin-off and listing at NASDAQ OMX Stockholm of CDON Group AB

On 15 December 2010, CDON Group AB (“CDON”) was listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm's Mid Cap list after a spin-off from its former parent company Modern Times Group MTG AB (“MTG”) through distribution of all shares in CDON to MTG’s shareholders. CDON is a Nordic e-commerce player in the fields of Entertainment, Fashion and Sport & Health.

G&D assisted in the spin-off and listing with a team consisting of partner in charge Anders Lundin and associates Anna Holm, Sven Törringer, Nina Sandberg, Johanna Kjellqvist, Sara Edström and Louise Ahlén.

Prior to the listing, MTG Investment AS, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MTG, subscribed for a SEK 250 million convertible instrument in CDON.

G&D assisted in the issue of the convertible instrument with a team consisting of partner in charge Anders Lundin and associates Anna Holm and Johanna Kjellqvist.
