IK Investment Partners has entered into a binding agreement to acquire EPiServer Group AB (publ), a leading supplier of platforms, products and services that enable true web engagement, from Amadeus Capital, Martin Bjäringer, Monterro Holdings, Northzone Ventures, Mikael Runhem and family, as well as employees and board members.
