G&D advises on the sale of the PPS Group
Gernandt & Danielsson advises the sellers in connection with the sale of the private school operator PPS Power Planning System AB, with subsidiaries, to the Riverside Company. PPS Power Planning System AB operates above all upper secondary schools under the names of Cybergymnasiet and Donnergymnasiet.
The Gernandt & Danielsson team consisted primarily of responsible partner Bob Johanson, partners Charlotta Falkman and Krister Skoog, and associates Nina Sandberg, Adrian Della Morte Pålstam and Emma Rönquist.
