Gernandt & Danielsson advises Kuwait Finance House

Kuwait Finance House acquires Ahlsell’s logistics center of approximately 70 000 square metres in Hallsberg. Kuwait Finance House is Kuwait’s largest Islamic bank and is listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange.

Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Kuwait Finance House in the transaction that also involves a Sharia financing. G&D’s team has been lead by counsel Tobias Edenman and has mainly consisted of partner Marcus Johansson and associate Malin Persson (financing) and the associates Sara Brunström and Karin Malmberg (acquisition).
