The pharmaceutical company Medivir AB (publ) on 29 March 2010 announced a rights offering of approximately MSEK 300.
Gernandt & Danielsson represents Carnegie Investment Bank AB and Jefferies International Limited which partly underwrites the rights offering and also act as financial advisors to Medivir.
Partner Fredrik Palm led Gernandt & Danielsson’s team which also included the associates Pär Johansson, Max Ivarsson, Olle Zachrisson-Nilson and Fredrik Eklund.
