Gernandt & Danielsson advised DnB NOR Eiendomsfond I AS in connection with its acquisition of the office building Klaraberghuset from the Swedish real estate company Jernhusen AB. The deal was announced on April 18, 2007. The transaction value was SEK 1.3 billion.
