Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Moderna Finance AB.
Moderna Finance AB has entered into an agreement on disposal of its subsidiary Moderna Försäkringar Liv AB to Chesnara plc. The transaction requires approval from financial supervisory authorities and from the shareholders of Chesnara plc. The purchase price was 250 million SEK.
Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Moderna Finance AB in the sales process through senior associate Mikael Borg who has been assisted by senior associate Anna Holm and associates Annika Brandt, Erika Finn and Johanna Kjellqvist.
