Nordnet has acquired Konsumentkredit i Sverige AB. Konsumentkredit provides unsecured loans and has a lending volume of approximately SEK 1.4 billion divided on approximately 20,000 customers.
Gernandt & Danielsson has assisted Nordnet in the transaction through a team led by partners Dick Lundqvist and Bob Johanson assisted by associates Sven Törringer, Omar Berger, Sara Brunström and Sara Edström.
