Gernandt & Danielsson assists Nordnet when OnVista acquires Nordnet’s German operations
The German operations are sold since Nordnet’s strategic area is the Nordic region. Nordnet’s German customers will be offered to transfer to OnVista. The total amount of accounts is approximately 10 000 with total overall savings amounting to SEK 1,6 billion. The purchase price for the German operations amounts to initially EUR 7 million, with an additional purchase price up to additional EUR 3 million.
