The fashion company Odd Molly International AB (publ) has today announced that the company has been admitted to listing at NASDAQ OMX Stockholm, where the first day of trading in the share will be June 21, 2010. The Odd Molly share will thereby be delisted from the marketplace NASDAQ OMX First North.
Swedbank Markets has been the financial advisor and Gernandt & Danielsson, through a team consisting of partner Bob Johanson and associates Marcus Nivinger, Max Ivarsson, Caroline Jägenstedt and David Östlund, has been legal advisor to Odd Molly in relation to the listing.
