Gernandt & Danielsson advises Ticket in connection with public offer.
In January, Braganza AS made a so-called mandatory bid for Ticket Travel Group AB (publ) whose shares are listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.
Today it was made public that Braganza will commence a buyout of Ticket’s minority shareholder and that Ticket has applied for a delisting of its shares from the stock exchange.
Gernandt & Danielsson, through responsible partner Bob Johanson and associate Pär Johansson, has been adviser to Ticket and Ticket’s board of directors in connection with the offer.
