Ticket in new issue of shares

Ticket, whose shares are listed with NASDAQ OMX Stockholm, has resolved to carry out a new issue of shares. HQ Bank is the financial advisor and Gernandt & Danielsson, through a team consisting of partner Bob Johanson and associates Sven Törringer, Pär Johansson and Gustav Skogö, is the legal advisor to Ticket in the transaction.
