Union Corporate AS has acquired a commercial property in Karlstad from Kungsleden. The property contains a shopping centre of approximately 8,800 square meters.
Gernandt & Danielsson, through partners Bob Johanson and Krister Skoog and associate Sara Edström, has been adviser to Union Corporate AS in connection with the acquisition.
